Eileen & Matt 5/23/2009
Weatherman predicts thunderstorms and rain for Saturday. However, Mother Nature had something else in mind for Eileen and Matt’s nuptial exchange. Here are a few for your viewing pleasure.

Just Married!
The Ceremony was beautiful but afterward when we went to take the photographs things got CRAZY! We went to the waterfront and met some interesting folk. I have come to the conclusion that on your wedding day you can get away with anything. First a sweet gentleman on a bike with a sound system allows us to borrow the bike.
Then a gentleman pulls up on the curb in his beautiful mustang and just hangs out by us while we are taking the above photo. So I asked if we could use the cherry mustang for a few shots. He agreed.
The reception was a beautiful site as well. I had a great time everyone in the wedding party were so much fun!
There will be more to come on these. Stay tuned.
Word on the street is if you are on facebook you are cool? So now Im cool. You can follow along with me on Facebook as well http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=1377006442 be a fan or my friend.
Its like another little blog world there yet more addicting.
Saturday is my second wedding of the year. Stay tuned for the pictures from that.
Family photos…
I had the pleasure to take some photos of some adorable kiddos. Two days of adorable little people. Here are a little sneak peek.

Below is little Mr. Caden who was the sweetest little guy.
It was nice to break away from the monstrosity of weddings and be relaxed watching the kids be kids and just capture the essence of childhood.
Digital Photography Classes
I received a phone call today with an offer to instruct the digital photography classes at the Charles Burchfield Nature and Art Center in West Seneca. I have taught the class many times in the past and it will start back up again.
They will be offering a new Field Trip Advanced Photo class. I am excited about this one. It will be an on location class for those with a DSLR and an understanding of basic functions of their camera.
The other class will be the Intro. to Digital Photography. Basics of any digital camera (point and shoot or DSLR) and an in depth look at different techniques and homework assignments.
Classes will start in June and will be $75 for non member and $65 for members. The classes will be 4 weeks long.
If you have any questions or would like to sign up for the class please email me at kristy@kaphotography.net
Paypal
I also accept Paypal as a form of payment. Exciting news I know. But it is safer than a credit card.
My wedding season begins soon I am looking forward to working with some really beautiful brides! Check back in a few weeks for some sneak peeks!

New fun ring pics…
So I haven’t posted in a while. I have been SUPER busy. Putting together albums and being a mom. My oldest recently turned six. It was heartbreaking.
Anyway here are a couple pictures for your viewing pleasure….
This next one is my absolute favorite!!!!
Busy wedding season is just around the corner…so there will be more posts to come and hopefully the warmth will be here soon too!
Groundhogs and things
I have been working on fun new little projects. Last saturday I did a father daughter dance at W.S East Ele. It was so cute to see the little girls showing off their dance skills not to mention their knowledge of the hippest songs. I never had one of those when I went to elementary school.
This saturday I will be shooting a ladies team from the Empire United Soccer Academy! This is another first for me and for them. I am looking forward to the opportunity.
Other than that I am hoping for some warm weather soon. The groundhog didn’t help by seeing his shadow. However I shall stick to Don Paul’s weather forecast.
Till next time put on your “snuggie” and keep warm!
